Executive Board

Barry Wissler, President is the Senior Pastor of Ephrata Community Church.  His heart and vision has been to see a shared outpouring of the Holy Spirit enjoyed by many churches in the region simultaneously. He gives much of his time to building partnerships for transformation. Barry and his wife Cheryl minister at pastors and leaders conferences in various nations especially in India and the Caribbean.


Kevin Eshleman, Vice President is the Executive Pastor of Ephrata Community Church. Kevin worked with the Lancaster Youth Network of Churches to build networks of youth leaders and establish youth ministries in public schools. He currently serves on the Cocalico School District Board of Directors. Kevin has a heart to see the Body of Christ come together in unity as we seek the Lord for His will for our region.
 



Wayne Kaufman  is President of Gates of Praise Ministries and serves as the senior leader of Gates of Praise House Church Network. He spends a significant portion of his time traveling nationally and internationally training missionaries and church leaders. He is married to Jan for 31 years and has two grown sons.





Marlene Ulrich is the director of the HarvestNET Equipping Institute which empowers believers to walk in their destiny through academic instruction and impartation.  She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management with Regent University. Marlene and her husband, Mark, reside in Clay and have three grown children and two grandchildren.


Advisory Board

Frank Ferrari, along with his wife, Sue, is the founder and director of “Transformation Ministries.” Transformation Ministries is an equipping ministry connecting churches, businesses, and individuals with a similar vision in order to impact the spiritual and social climates of a society so that the communities within that society experience the reality of godly freedom and prosperity. Frank and Sue reside in Lancaster and are the parents of six children and eleven grandchildren.
 

Jimmy Nimon is the Executive Director of Gateway House of Prayer, which is seeking the transformation of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and the surrounding regions through night and day worship and prayer. Through training in the Scriptures and prophetic insight, Jimmy is dedicated to equipping believers to experience God and do His will.

Cheryl Wissler has been involved in ministry for over 30 years, serving alongside her husband, Barry, at both Ephrata Community Church and HarvestNET.  As a pastor’s wife, she has been helpful to other women in ministry and has ministered to women at leader’s conferences in several nations. She operates a non-profit foundation called The Gift, which is dedicated to helping the poor of India, and also operates a Bed and Breakfast Inn.

Dan Dovidio is the senior pastor of Westcliffe Community Church in Westcliffe, Colorado. In December of 1996, he and his family moved from Lebanon, PA to plant a church in Westcliffe. He is committed to equipping believers for works of ministry. He has a passion to create platforms where people can realize and operate in their God given gifts, and to find their place on the team. Dan and his wife Kim have been married for twenty four years and have two sons Anthony and Joshua and a daughter Abbie.

Rodney Woods and his wife, Karen, moved to City Temple in London in September 2001 after previously serving churches near St. Louis, Missouri. Rod and Karen¹s vision is to be catalysts for renewal throughout the Body of Christ and to help equip future generations to fulfill the Great Commission. Rod has a Doctor of Ministry in Missiology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. He has served churches in Missouri and London.

Apostolic Oversight

Alan Vincent, an apostle who teaches with God-given revelation, imparting faith to people all over the world. As one who models the Father-heart of God, he is a true father to the body of Christ, helping pastors and churches step into the full measure of God's calling for them. He teaches with great faith leaving his hearers challenged to think, be and act bigger, appropriating all God has for them.


Prophetic Advisor

Marc Dupont is the founder of Mantle of Praise Ministries. During the last 26 years, Marc has mainly been working on an international level functioning in a prophetic “Barnabas ministry” of encouragement.  He has served in various forms of church leadership for over 20 years, including teaching, preaching, counseling, evangelism and church planting.
