Under his leadership, HarvestNET established Gateway House of Prayer, a 24/7 regional prayer center, and the Kingdom Ministry School, which equips the saints to fulfill their calling. He also leads the apostolic council of Outpouring Family International, which is a family of churches founded by Alan Vincent. Holding theological degrees from Geneva College and Westminster Theological Seminary, Barry’s passion is to produce churches that are faithful to sound doctrine while also being receptive to the work of the Holy Spirit. Barry and his wife, Cheryl, regularly minister at pastors and leaders conferences India, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. Cheryl founded the Gift International, which serves the poor of India and Africa. They have two grown children: David and Jessica.

/files/Images/Galleries/Eshleman, Kevin Square.jpg Kevin Eshleman, Vice President and senior associate pastor of Ephrata Community Church. He has previously served as a public school campus minister with the Lancaster Youth Network of Churches and Lancaster Youth for Christ, and he has pastored in the Brethren in Christ Church. Kevin is currently serving as vice president of the Ephrata/Akron Ministerium and as vice president of the Cocalico School District Board. Kevin has a master's diploma from the Wagner Leadership Institute and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity in World Christianity at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Stephanie, have two children: Hannah, who is majoring in photojournalism at Temple University, and Daniel, who is majoring in computer science engineering at Bucknell University.

He spends a significant portion of his time traveling nationally and internationally training missionaries and church leaders. He is married to Jan for 31 years and has two grown sons.





/files/Images/Leadership/Marlene.jpgMarlene Ulrich is the director of the Kingdom Ministry School which empowers believers to walk in their destiny through academic instruction and impartation.  She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management with Regent University. Marlene and her husband, Mark, reside in Clay and have three grown children and two grandchildren.

Through training in the Scriptures and prophetic insight, Jimmy is dedicated to equipping believers to experience God and do His will.



/files/Images/Leadership/Wissler, Cheryl Square.jpgCheryl Wissler has been involved in ministry for over 30 years, serving alongside her husband, Barry, at both Ephrata Community Church and HarvestNET.  As a pastor’s wife, she has been helpful to other women in ministry and has ministered to women at leader’s conferences in several nations. She operates a non-profit foundation called The Gift, which is dedicated to helping the poor of India, and also operates a Bed and Breakfast Inn.

In December of 1996, he and his family moved from Lebanon, PA to plant a church in Westcliffe. He is committed to equipping believers for works of ministry. He has a passion to create platforms where people can realize and operate in their God given gifts, and to find their place on the team. Dan and his wife Kim have been married for twenty four years and have two sons Anthony and Joshua and a daughter Abbie.

Rod and Karen¹s vision is to be catalysts for renewal throughout the Body of Christ and to help equip future generations to fulfill the Great Commission. Rod has a Doctor of Ministry in Missiology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. He has served churches in Missouri and London.
